Urban Land Institute recognizes two Chicago projects with IFF connections July 1, 2014

Congratulations are in order for two Chicago projects with IFF connections that won Urban Land Institute (ULI) Vision AwardsJune 5. IFF served as project manager for the $20 million Black Ensemble Theater Cultural Center, which won for Neighborhood Impact. We also provided a $350,000 loan for Gracie’s Café, which offers job training to formerly incarcerated men and women. The social enterprise coffee shop is in Harvest Commons, which won the ULI award for Affordable Housing.
