2025 was another year where IFF experienced increasing demand for our loans and real estate services. While navigating changes in federal funding and policy, we remained steadfast in our commitment to serving nonprofits and communities across sectors. And because of the support from our investors and funders, who continue to step in and provide us with the capital needed to meet the demand, we were able to bring the whole of IFF together to support communities across the Midwest.

Join us for our annual investors meeting where we will recap the past year’s highlights and financial performance and provide space to elevate some of the extraordinary nonprofits and communities impacted. Special guests include:

• AJ Patton, Founder & CEO of 548 Enterprises;
• Yohannan Terrell, Executive Director & Co-Founder of Columbus Fashion Alliance; and
• Diane Yentel, President & CEO of the National Council of Nonprofits, in conversation with Monique Jones, President & CEO of Forefront and IFF Board Member.
