Access Madison County Brings Affordable, Net-Zero Housing to Edwardsville's Working Families

Access Madison County will be a new affordable housing development located in Edwardsville, IL, within the St. Louis market area. This project received funding under IHDA’s 2025 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) round and will feature community-integrated accessible housing for people with disabilities and working families. The project will be designed to meet National Green Building Standard, Net Zero Energy Requirements.
