Access South Cook Ribbon Cutting

For over two decades, Access South Cook has been conceptualized with the Village of Park Forest’s desire for more residential development, and IFF is thrilled to partner with the Village to bring the development to life! Please join IFF, community leaders, and partners for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of Access South Cook!

Developed by Home First, IFF’s in-house development group, Access South Cook is an all new construction, accessible affordable housing development featuring 44 rental units, a shared green space, and a community building. Financing partners include the Illinois Housing Development Authority and the Illinois Department of Human Services, ComEd, First Merchants Bank, PNC Bank, and IFF equity. The ceremony will be followed by a brief tour. Light refreshments will be served.
