Achieving Real Estate and Capital Readiness for Nonprofit Facilities Projects June 25, 2025

When developed strategically, nonprofits’ facilities amplify the impact of their mission-driven work by providing safe, efficient, and inspiring spaces optimized for the unique needs of the organizations operating in them. But before embarking on the development of such a facility, how can nonprofit leaders and their boards assess their organizations’ capacity and real estate and capital readiness for a construction project?

That’s a question IFF’s Real Estate Solutions team regularly helps mission-driven organizations answer and, in two recent webinars, members of the team shared insights about what nonprofits should consider in assessing their real estate and capital readiness for a facilities project.

Below, we’ve included recordings of both webinars, along with outlines of the content covered in each presentation. For any questions related to the material, please contact IFF’s Real Estate Solutions team.
