Capital Project Planning and Readiness

Kennari Consulting, IFF, and the Frey Foundation are partnering to host a workshop on Capital Project Planning and Readiness.

If your organization has a facility project or capital campaign on the horizon (soon or down the road!), or just want to better understand what it takes to successfully plan, fund, and execute a project, we invite you to join us.

Participants will learn about laying the foundation for project success during the planning stage by considering organizational, real estate, and capital readiness. Then the conversation will shift to the timing for fundraising and how to be successful in securing the funds needed. The Frey Foundation will share what funders are often looking for in proposals and how to engage them in the process.

Target participants:

The workshop will be most beneficial for organizations anticipating a capital campaign, renovation, expansion, relocation, redevelopment, or new facility project within the next one-three years. Bringing multiple team members is encouraged.

Recommended attendees include Executive Director/CEO, Development Director, CCO/CFO, Board members, and facilities committee members.

Event Details:

The workshop will take place on July 16 from 8:30-10:30 AM, with coffee and light breakfast provided starting at 8:00 AM.
