New 44-Unit Housing Community Set to Revitalize Former South Cook Mall Site

Access South Cook is a 44 unit new construction, affordable housing development, with 20 fully accessible units on the ground floor. The project site was developed on a former mall parking lot. All units are universally designed and built to Enterprise Green Communities building standards. The project includes a community building and recreational areas for residents.
