Announcement aligns with IFF’s 10-year anniversary working in Indiana, to be celebrated on Thursday, February 9
Indianapolis, IN (January 26, 2023) – IFF, a nationally recognized mission-driven lender, developer, and real-estate consultant for Midwest nonprofits, announced today that Amandula Anderson will take on the role of Executive Director for the Indiana Region. Amandula previously served as Managing Director of Real Estate Solutions for Indiana.
The announcement comes in advance of IFF celebrating 10-years of working with nonprofits across Indiana, providing lending services, real estate consulting, and capacity building programming. The event, which will take place at Paramount Schools of Excellence-Cottage Homes on Thursday, February 9, will emphasize IFF’s commitment to Indiana by investing in local talent to utilize IFF’s resources in order to further champion nonprofit organizations and changemakers across the state.“Amandula has been a tireless advocate for, and implementer of, expanding IFF’s presence in Indiana to strengthen more nonprofits and the communities they serve,” said IFF CEO, Joe Neri. “In three and half years, Amandula has greatly increased IFF’s reputation and the impact of IFF’s work with nonprofits, philanthropy, government, and other civic stakeholders. We’re thrilled to have her in this new role and give her the opportunity and tools to expand on all she’s already accomplished for IFF.”

Amandula has served as IFF’s Managing Director of Real Estate Solutions – Indiana since 2019, working alongside nonprofit organizations to help them build, move, or expand their space in order to meet the needs of their clients. In her new role, Amandula will oversee the full scope of IFF’s services in the Indiana region, while actively seeking additional opportunities to further support nonprofits.
Amandula has more than 20 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining IFF, she led two community-based organizations – Irvington Development Organization and United Northeast CDC; convened a Quality-of-Life initiative on the northeast side of Indianapolis; directed a program to facilitate a two-generational approach to supporting families within five Indianapolis communities; and more. A native Hoosier, Amandula is a graduate from Arlington High School. She received a Bachelors in Public Affairs from IUPUI and a Masters in Real Estate Development from University of Indianapolis.
