Chicago Community Justice Foundation (CCJF) is a nonprofit organization providing free legal services. CCJF is currently rehabilitating a facility in the Humboldt Park community of Chicago to house co-located nonprofit organizations. CCJF is seeking proposals for preconstruction and construction services.
Bidders are invited to submit bids for mechanical, plumbing, and fire suppression renovation at 211 North Oak Park Avenue at the former Write Inn Hotel in Oak Park, Illinois. The scope is part of a full building renovation done under two separate contracts.
The project includes plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection system rehabilitations or replacements at 211 North Oak Park, which is a former hotel building functioning as a homeless shelter operated by Housing Forward.
