Child Care Provider RFP – Valentine Building – City of Battle Creek

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Sector: Early Childhood Education

The City of Battle Creek, in collaboration with IFF, is seeking an experienced nonprofit early childhood education provider (ECE) to implement and operate a high-quality program in the Valentine Building located at 75 Irving Park Drive in Battle Creek, MI. The ECE provider will lease the city-owned facility, which is nestled in the center of Irving Park and surrounded by nature and green space.

The Valentine Building RFP will be reopening for two weeks on Wednesday, July 17th, 2023, due to more information being available at this time.

Housing Forward – The Write Inn Exterior Renovation Construction Manager RFP

Location: Oak Park, IL

Sector: Housing

Housing Forward seeks proposals for construction services for deferred maintenance work of the building envelope, which includes roof membrane replacement, roof insulation installation, and masonry tuckpointing. Housing Forward is the recipient of CBDG funding from the Village of Oak Park.

Housing Forward’s mission is to transition people from housing crisis to housing stability. The organization has launched interim housing services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic at The Write Inn and recently purchased the building.
