Vacant Lots Transformed into 20 Silver-Certified Green Homes in Cook County

Access Health and Housing

IFF received a Permanent Supportive Housing grant from IHDA and partnered with Trinity Health to create 20 units of new construction, community-integrated housing. Buildings were built on vacant infill sites owned by the Village and the Cook County Land Bank. Occupancy is targeted specifically for Olmstead Class Members. The project achieved National Green Building Standards level Silver for new construction. The development contains a resident services space and provides connections to the Trinity Health systems.
