New Accessible Duplexes Serve as Catalyst for Housing Investment in East Bluff

Home First leveraged grants from the Illinois Attorney General, IHDA, and the City of Peoria to develop 16 fully accessible units for people with disabilities in eight duplexes in Peoria’s East Bluff neighborhood. This project was the first new construction built in East Bluff in decades and has been a catalyst for additional housing investment in the community.
