Access West Cook Blends New, Rehabbed Supportive Housing into the Community

Financed with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, loans, and grants, Access West Cook provides permanent supportive housing for people with all types of disabilities. The development includes a combination of new construction and rehabbed buildings blended into community settings. The project achieved National Green Building Standard Certification level Bronze. The project includes 25% fully accessible units.
