Chicago’s Mary Crane Center stays in Rogers Park neighborhood with help September 1, 2014

When the Mary Crane Center’s lease for its Roger Park facility was not renewed, the child care provider considered staying within the same neighborhood a priority. IFF helped find Mary Crane a new home at United Church of Rogers Park.

Recently, IFF also worked with Mary Crane on obtaining a $417,695 Capital Development Board grant for leasehold improvements to its program space at the church. Mary Crane has hired IFF for the design and development phases of the work, which includes relocating and renovating two classrooms as well as building an office and an accessible entrance.
