IFF Support for Health Care Organizations

IFF partners with health care organizations by providing financing and real estate services tailored to their mission and growth.

Loans & Real Estate Support for Health Care

For over 30 years, IFF has partnered with nonprofits across the Midwest to build equitable, vibrant communities through tailored loans and real estate solutions. Our health care roots date back to our first loan to a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 1994, and we continue to provide the flexible financing and expertise needed to expand access to care across our footprint. In 2025, our team helped our health care clients increase capacity by more than 44,144 patient visits.

Flexible Financing
Our loans, ranging from $10,000 to over $6.5 million, with terms up to 15 years, are designed for nonprofits. We support a wide range of needs, including facility acquisition, new construction, renovations, equipment upgrades, and vehicle purchases. Unlike traditional lenders, our underwriting considers nonprofit operations and the role facilities play in expanding community access to care, rather than relying solely on appraisals.
