Renovations allow Chicago health center to help more patients at its three sites November 1, 2014

By expanding and better equipping its Chicago suburban facilities, Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) will accommodate 10,000 more patient visits annually. Recommended in a study done by IFF, the $4.6 million improvements at the Calumet City and South Holland sites include new exam rooms and bigger registration areas.

Last year IFF also worked with CCHC on providing design review and project management oversight for an addition to its Chicago facility, which has become its corporate headquarters. A grand opening was held in August for the Chicago clinic, which now provides 6,000 more patient visits annually. In the last two years, CCHC has added 13,908 square feet and improved 26,551 square feet at its three facilities.
